2019 Science in Dance Conference. This year the event aims to be bigger and more insightful with a Two Day Event. Guests to be announced soon with lectures, classes and sessions focussed on NUTRITION, PSYCHOLOGY, Integrated Teaching as well Training Dancers for Performance and Injury Prevention.

About the event
April 2019, The Science in Dance Conference has a number of Themes: The First will be the Mental Health and Well-Being of Young and Professional Dancers. Our Second Theme will be optimising Nutrition Strategies and Education in Dance. Finally our Third Theme will be centred around common injuries that Dancers sustain. Each day there will be a professional delivering fantastic lectures and practical sessions based around these themes.
In addition to the usual Ballet Class, The S in D conference also plays host to a Contemporary Dance Workshop.
We invite all Dancers, Teachers and Dance Health Professionals to attend out Conference in 2019.
